Walt Szablowski
Founder & Executive Chairman

Walt is the founder of Eracent, and was the first CEO of Eracent and its preceding organization. His original development and vision positioned Eracent as a leading IT Asset Management organization. Walt is Eracent’s Executive Chairman. Walt also serves as President of Eracent’s European subsidiary (Eracent SP ZOO, Warsaw, Poland). Walt is Eracent’s CTO where he focuses on ensuring that Eracent retains its leading position and its products remain the relevant choice for those companies needing to understand plan and control their IT infrastructure and assets. Walt maintains contact with clients to get their views and comments regarding Eracent products and services.

William Choppa
Chief Executive Officer

William Choppa is the CEO of Eracent. He leads the organization and communicates Eracent’s vision to colleagues, current and future customers, and the larger ITAM/SAM/Cyber community. Since joining the company in 2004, he has been passionate about the evolution and refinement of Eracent’s solutions, based on lessons learned from working with customers and partners. He also recruits and develops strong leaders across various organizational functions.

Prior to joining Eracent, William was President of MCSI, a management consulting practice offering deployment and customization services. He has held positions with IBM and numerous technology companies as well as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. William holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

Rex Hendershot
Senior Vice President of Global Sales

Rex originally joined Eracent in 2002. Based out of London, UK, he oversees Eracent global sales and partnership efforts. Rex extends the reach of Eracent with substantial experience in enterprise software sales related to IT operations, asset management, and CyberSecurity. Rex brings the keen ability to align client requirements to viable solutions in a professional and consultative approach. In addition, Rex is a passionate sales coach and dedicated to the success of his team and enabling them to offer robust capabilities and problem solving methods to prospects and clients. . Rex has worked with a diverse set of clients and organizations located in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Russia, Poland, Romania, the Middle East, and the US.

Terry Divelbliss
Senior Vice President of Marketing and Alliances

Terry is responsible for managing partnerships, messaging, events and industry analyst relations. He has over 25 years of software product management and marketing experience, and he has been active in IT Asset Management for over 20 years. His hands-on experience includes working with large client organizations to plan and implement ITAM repositories and, in parallel, more efficient business processes. In addition to numerous ITAM and SAM-related certifications, Terry has B.S. degrees in Management and Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and he holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Scott Van Giezen
Senior Vice President, Sales and Consulting Services

Scott brings over 17 years of IT consulting and ITAM experience to the Eracent team. In his role as Vice President of Consulting Services, Scott launched the Consulting group within Eracent to enhance support for its customers. The consulting group includes a group of highly experienced and skilled SME’s to ensure successful delivery and implementation. As part of the management team Scott partners with Engineering to help guide the product development. Prior to joining Eracent, Scott was on the management team at Maincontrol (now part of IBM), an asset management company. In addition, Scott has held positions at highly respected Management Consulting firms. Scott holds a BS in Economics with a minor in Finance.

Paula Aulisi
Controller

Paula has over 12 years of experience in finance, handling financial planning and investigative reporting while facilitating the management of contracts and agreements for a multi-million dollar company. Her current responsibilities at Eracent include financial planning, reporting and business management. Paula has worked with numerous technology organizations to solve a range of complex technical and business challenges. She holds a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Information Technology, as well as a certificate in Law and Legal Processes. Paula’s financial responsibilities blend well with her financial expertise and technology background. She is also responsible for financial management of Eracent’s subsidiary corporations in Europe and Asia.

Alex Justo
Vice President of Product Management and Pre-Sales Engineering
As Vice President of Product Management and Pre-Sales Engineering, Alex is responsible for Eracent’s product strategy and identifies customer and market requirements. He has provided innovative solutions in the IT industry for more than 25 years as an expert in designing and delivering virtualized storage, surveillance, and security solutions. Prior to joining Eracent, Alex held senior technical positions with some of the industry leaders in surveillance, VARs, universities, medical centers, law firms, and government agencies. He is skilled at developing and leading the pre-sales process, at delivering technical expertise and IT implementation services; at designing new virtualization solutions, storage architecture, IT asset management implementations, and security monitoring and risk mitigation. He brings to the table an unusual mix of innovative thinking, strong leadership, and compelling vision, coupled with the ability to motivate high performance and consistently excellent product delivery.
Judie Gilliam
Vice President, IT-Pedia Solutions Division

Judie Gilliam uses her background as a seasoned administration and management professional to link the tapestry of networks needed to develop and encourage collaboration, resulting in the successful delivery of high-value projects and solutions. Judie has proven her ability to coordinate marketing initiatives, develop corporate programs, and oversee the contributions of team members, using a variety of management approaches that best meet each project’s requirements.

Judie has influenced ventures in two State of Florida universities, implemented programs of growth for the nation’s largest minority scholarship provider, facilitated internal communications for the nation’s largest defense contractor, and spearheaded residency programs at the National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA). She attended North Carolina A&T State University. In addition, she has spent the last 9 years on the Executive Board of the local chapter of the Tuskegee Airmen.  Her ability to identify lucrative connections, coordinate resources, and create information funnels for clients and personnel make Judie a valued asset to the Eracent team.

Pawel Rogozinski
Vice President of Engineering

Pawel is responsible Eracent’s product development activities. He provides technical direction and ensures execution of technological strategy as well as proper application of technology and resources to meet strategic requirements and stakeholders needs.

Andrzej Biernacki
Vice President of Sales (Europe)

Andrzej is responsible for building sales organization in Europe.  He brings to Eracent his 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing.  Prior to joining Eracent, Andrzej enjoyed challenges of working for leading technology providers. Andrzej said: “I was attracted by possibility to work with the best people, willing to serve to their customers as much as possible, providing them leading edge technology and helping them to succeed.”   Andrzej is by education engineer of automatics. He completed Electrical faculty of Warsaw Technical University and Executive MBA in French Institute of Management. He started from designing hardware and software  for automatics and has solid technical background.  He claims that technology matters: “the best companies are the best not only because they employ the best people or whatever but also because they use the best software. We provide that software…”

Sangeetha Sadagopan
Director of Sales, APAC Region

Sangeetha has over 19 years of diverse experience spanning sales, customer success, account management, and service delivery management. Her current role involves helping prospects and clients meet their challenges around software licensing costs and audit risks, streamlining ITAM processes, and minimizing or eliminating network cybersecurity threats. Her approach centers around the SMART methodology, ensuring that Eracent clients maximize the value of their solutions and services, while driving revenue through well-planned retention and upsell strategies that mat make strong business sense for everyone involved. Sangeetha’s overarching mission is to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction. She is deeply committed to enabling the success of both her team and the organization, ensuring that Eracent continues to excel in delivering top-tier IT and software asset management solutions.

Rob Fasano
Vice President, Sales

Robert joined Eracent in 2021. He brings with him a passion for sales and people, with an unparalleled capacity to build rapport and grow relationships. His high energy, attention to detail, and strong work ethic give him the ability drive business. Robert has been in sales leadership roles for the past 10 years, working with both domestic and multinational organizations in numerous different verticals. He holds Master’s degrees in both Organizational Management and Human Resources Management, and these skills help him propose solutions that will meet your organizational goals.
