The open architecture of EnterpriseLM allows data to be imported from existing electronic sources to reduce or eliminate manual data entry. The architecture provides the ability to import and export data to and from other complementary applications that provide data to or require data from the system. For those customers requiring near real-time integration, we provide 'Process Manager-IC' a process integration console solution based upon Biomni Ltd's Connecta.MC product, a robust, process orchestration, management solution with open integration capabilities specifically designed to automate processes that involve interaction across multiple systems. Because Process Manager-IC is agnostic of its collaboration 'back-bone system(s)', greater flexibility is provided by managing the processes at a layer independent of any collaborating component.

Users are able to view data based on role, functional organization, etc. (i.e. technician, department manager, software compliance specialist, etc.). ITAM managers can determine what specific information is available to identified individuals and departments and can deny access to groups or departments not authorized to use or view certain IT asset information. The web-based interface enables virtually anyone with authorization to generate instant queries and standard or scheduled reports. Our unique four level security model (field, function, data, and groups) provides the flexibility to create different views for an individual based on their data settings.

Eracent's EnterpriseLM includes a self-contained reporting facility that includes a broad range of standard reports, which may be tailored to user specifications. Our reporting mechanism also supports the scheduling of reports, enabling authorized users to schedule the delivery of data to the right individuals at the right time. Users are not required to create their own reports and queries in third-party reporting tools, nor are they required to employ Eracent services to create reports for them. However, for users who wish to utilize third party tools such as Crystal Reports, Cognos, Business Decisions, or other reporting engines, data can be exported for use with these tools. In addition to reporting, the Eracent solution provides comprehensive ad hoc querying capabilities to allow user to quickly combine disparate data elements to generate the information they need.
