Walt Szablowski is chairman of the board of directors and the president and CEO for the Eracent Group of Companies. He has served as chairman of the board and president and chief executive officer since November 2000. Prior to this position, Walt served as chairman of the board of directors and the CEO/president of GCC, the company that developed the original suite of IT asset management products. Since forming Eracent, Walt has guided the company to a successful track record posting consecutive quarters of revenue and profitability growth.

As the original developer of the Lucent SMT network analysis process that grew into EnterpriseAM, Walt brings direct experience to his management role at Eracent. Walt has over 35 years of technical and management experience in engineering, software and development of software applications. As a Licensed Professional Engineer in the states of NJ and PA, Walt managed a staff of over 2000 engineers and designers while developing engineering systems for commercial nuclear power plants. He has several US Patents in information technology. Walt holds an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and an MS degree in Bio-Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York.

With over 20 years of technical experience in software and development of software applications, Marc Henness is a founder of ERACENT and a principle developer of the asset management technology. Prior to Eracent, Marc was Vice President of General Consulting Corporation (GCC) and in that role worked extensively with Lucent Technologies. Marc is also the President and founder of State of Imagination Inc., a custom software development company for corporate clients.

As Chief Technical Officer of Eracent, Marc utilizes the latest technology and a proven development processes to develop elegant and effective software solutions.

Andrew Balmuth is one of the original founders of ERACENT. Andy has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience offering with technology solutions to enterprises across the US and Canada. His experience includes direct sales and management of sales teams as well as being a VAR. He was an exclusive master reseller of Lucent Technologies Enterprise Management Solutions with 150,000 site licenses and established a nation wide reseller channel.

Prior to taking a leadership role in sales, Andy was part of the management team for international consulting firms. In this role, Andy was involved in projects to design and manage network infrastructures for companies such as Merrill Lynch, AT&T solutions, Citicorp and Chase. He is a published author and frequent speaker at technical conferences.

Terry Palmieri serves Eracent as Treasurer and Corporate Secretary. Prior to Eracent, Terry was an officer with GCC where she assisted numerous technology-oriented, growth companies to solve complex business and technical challenges. Terry brings her consultative business and technical expertise in tax compliance, financial planning, corporate board reporting and internal controls to her Eracent leadership role.

Terry holds a Bachelor's degree in Business as well as graduate studies in Education.

As Vice President of SAM Solutions for Eracent, Jack is the visionary for the software license compliance solution Enterprise Entitlements Management. Jack has an in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of software licenses and the processes necessary to manage them within a large organization. Prior to joining Eracent, Jack was Director of Professional Services at Corporate Software/Software Spectrum. In this role, Jack was responsible for the development and delivery of global SAM services. His career experiences include consulting, software licensing, product development and Program Management. Jack is a frequent and recognized speaker and author on software asset management topics.

Jack holds a BSEE from the Indiana Institute of Technology an MS in Management Science from C. W. Post College of Long Island University.

As Director of IT Asset Lifecycle Management Solutions at Eracent, Inc., Terry’s expertise in lifecycle management, enterprise implementations and the business practices of IT asset management are strategic to Eracent. Through his leadership, the Enterprise Lifecycle Management solution delivers real-world value through practical and versatile business processes. Prior to joining Eracent, Terry held product management roles in the lifecycle management solutions space where he helped set expectations for ROI from lifecycle management. Terry’s additional career experiences focus on the management and marketing of technology to the enterprise.

He holds a BS Management and Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

William brings years of experience developing and deploying enterprise inventory and usage technologies to Eracent. In his role as Director of IT Asset Management Discovery and Usage Solutions, William ensures that Eracent’s discovery and usage technologies are scalable, easy to use and provide the maximum value organizations require in today’s constantly changing IT environment. His comprehensive knowledge and unique insights into customer needs have been instrumental in Eracent’s success in the industry. Prior to joining Eracent, William was President of MCSI, a management consulting practice offering deployment and customization services. He has held positions with IBM and a number of technology companies as well as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

He holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

As Director of Federal Business Development, Barry brings an extensive background in business development for technology companies and in the asset management space specifically. Prior to joining Eracent, Barry was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Lockwood Technology, an asset management software company, where he worked with organizations in both the private and public sectors. Barry also held the role of SVP/CLO for both City Federal Savings and First Northern Bank where he was responsible for business development and income growth via commercial lending. Barry founded VCR Inc, a video technology company that grew from multiple franchises to a public offering on the NASDAQ within a four year period. He is committed to his community, serving on two non-profit boards.

Barry holds a BS in Business and Economics from Alfred University.
