Sales Engineer Position Summary Eracent Technical sales engineers provide pre and post sales support. In the pre-sales environment they work with the sales director to explain to prospects how the Eracent suite of software products will function within their computing environment. In a post-sales environment they assist with deployment and installation at the customer site. By combining technical knowledge with commercial training sales engineers provide vital, detailed information about what the Eracent product line and how it will benefit the client's business. The ability to understand the technology and clearly communicate it benefits to the prospect and customer is vital. Successful candidates will have a strong technical background and excellent communications skills. Eracent Sales engineers work closely with other members of the sales team and are typically associated with a specific regional sales office. They report into the Senior VP, Worldwide Sales Essential Duties and Responsibilities
